The Educationalists' Panel brings together individuals with a track record of success within the education sector and beyond, to support the development of the content of Mosaic’s mentoring programmes. 

The Educationalists Panel has been established to:

  • Develop systems and processes for our programmes that ensure high impact for beneficiaries;
  • establish high-quality mentoring resources for Mosaic volunteers, that have educational credibility; 
  • work towards being externally recognised and accredited for our mentoring programmes;
  • ensure Mosaic’s position as a provider to schools and educational establishments.

Members of the Educationalists Panel include:

  • Barney Tremblay - Woking Asian Business Forum, Mosaic Lead Mentor and Consultant in Personal Development and Training
  • Ayub Khan - Connexions South London
  • Dr Judie Gannon - Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Programme Leader for the Bacchus Mentoring Scheme, Oxford Brookes University
  • Robert Greenwood - former Head Teacher, Senior Ofsted Inspector and CEO of Learning Plus UK
  • Modasar Rasul - Aston University
  • Kashif Khan – Assistant Principal, Crest Boys Academy
  • Stuart Sheppard – Bishop David Brown School
  • Chris Pope - Prince's Teaching Institute

All panel members are participating on a voluntary basis.
