Mosaic congratulates Anouar Kassim and the Milton Keynes Islamic Arts Heritage and Culture Organisation, winners of the Partnership category of the Epic Awards 2010. They developed learning opportunities focusing on Contemporary and Traditional Islamic Art for students of the Milton Keynes College.

Sayka Hussain is a successful civil servant and highly valued member of the Mosaic network. As someone who is blind, Sayka has overcome many challenges and is a source of great inspiration. Sayka first volunteered with Mosaic in September 2009 as a mentor for the Mosaic UK Mentoring Programme at Connaught School for Girls in Leytonstone. Never missing a session and building a strong relationship with her mentees, Sayka encouraged the girls to achieve and really inspired them to feel that they can overcome any barrier life throws at them.
