Mosaic activity in the North West commenced in Burnley, following the formal launch in May 2008. Mosaic now operates in Burnley, Bolton, Pendle, Rochdale and Manchester.

Each Mosaic region is overseen by a group of volunteers, who come together to provide strategic direction for Mosaic's work in that region. The Mosaic North West Regional Leadership Group is chaired by Dr Nighat Awan OBE. Profiles of the Regional Leadership Group can be found here.
