Become a Mentor

Mosaic’s mentors are all volunteers that want to make a difference to society. Mentoring can be very rewarding and helps to develop your personal and professional skills. By giving just a few hours of your time a month, you can make a real difference.

We will provide you with full training; access to a Lead Mentor; access to other mentors in your region; as well as a resource pack of materials to help you plan your mentoring sessions.

We provide recognition for mentors and supporters who make a significant contribution to our work - we call them Mosaic Heroes.

There are a range of mentor opportunities:

"I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to interact with the kids.  So many of them had never thought about business and it's so rewarding to see kids getting more and more interested."
