Mosaic works mainly with state schools serving communities in areas of deprivation and with significant minority ethnic communities (see below for fee-paying schools). Please see our Where We Operate pages to see the regions we currently support.
We deliver three schools programmes, all of which have been accredited through the Mentoring & Befriending Foundation’s Approved Provider Standard:
- Primary school mentoring programme
- Secondary school group mentoring programme
- Mosaic Enterprise Challenge
Mosaic does not charge for its services, but does expect the support of staff in the organisations with which we partner to help ensure the smooth delivery of our programmes. We have a standard agreement to ensure expectations on both sides are clear from the outset.
We recognise that the efforts of schools staff are hugely important and recognise those who go the extra miles through our School Heroes scheme.

If you would be interested in signing up your school to participate in one or more of our programmes, please contact the relevant Regional Manager listed on our Team page or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
In limited circumstance, Mosaic works in fee-paying schools where it can be demonstrated that such support falls within our charitable aims. In such circumstances, we invite the schools to make a modest donation to offset our costs.
