Mosaic North West would like to invite women who work in the Manchester area to a special coffee morning on Thursday 19 June where they can learn about the opportunities to mentor on one of Mosaic’s flagship mentoring programmes.
Mosaic’s Primary School Mentoring Programme provides a unique opportunity for women to develop mentoring and their interpersonal skills whilst helping to raise the aspirations of young girls and their mothers.
Attendees will have an opportunity to meet women who have mentored on Mosaic’s Primary School Mentoring Programme previously, hear from an inspirational speaker and to network with like-minded professional women.
Mosaic will be joined by Saimma Dyer, a Business Consultant who has worked across a range of sectors and professions including retail, publishing and IT.
With working life being increasingly pressurised, Saimma will be sharing insights on how one might develop and practice ‘presence’ and mindfulness, giving a fresh and valuable perspective on how one might choose to engage in a hectic corporate environment.
Mosaic is particularly keen to hear from women from Asian Muslim backgrounds or who work in the area of corporate social responsibility.
