Being a Mosaic ILP mentor requires a unique blend of skills to support a delegate to grow in their leadership ability and to implement what they have learned during the Summit so they can effectively tackle the issue most affecting their local community. The primary focus for mentors will be to work with delegates to support them to prepare and deliver their action plans.
In order to maximise preparation time for both mentors and delegates pre-Summit, we aim to recruit and match delegates by mid-April. Once recruited, mentors will receive joining instructions which will include what is expected of you, how you can make the most of the opportunity for both you and the delegate, and details on how Mosaic will support your mentoring journey.
To apply, please read the Mentor Recruitment document below and complete the online application form by 9am on Monday 20th April.
