We are delighted to publish the Mosaic Annual Report 2014-15.
With the support of the leadership of our Board, Regional Leadership and Advisory Groups, and the commitment of our volunteer mentors, Mosaic has been humbled to be able to deliver more help to more young people.
We have supported 6,717 young people in our schools, ex-offenders and international leadership programmes to increase their confidence, self-efficacy and long-term employability. In addition, a further 2,140 young people have been supported overseas through our partners.
Particular highlights include an increase in the number of young people supported through our core Secondary Group Mentoring Programme, the launch of the longitudinal study into the impact of mentoring linked to this programme and the fifth Mosaic International Summit, which took place in Jordan in May 2015.
We are also thrilled that this year we secured independent accreditation from the Mentoring & Befriending Foundation for each of our four UK programmes, with the Ex-offender Mentoring Programme now accredited alongside the schools programmes.
