Mary Daniels and Barney Tremblay have both been selected as Heroes this month- congratulations to them both.
As well as been loyal, hardworking and inspirational mentors for Mosaic, Mary and Barney are experts in training and personal development in their day jobs. Mary, a life coach with her own business, has mentored with Mosaic since the beginning on both our Secondary school and Ex-offender mentoring programmes, even being nominated and only just missing out on the accolade of Mosaic Mentor of the Year at last year’s Talent Awards.
Barney leads a team of mentors working through our delivery partners (of whom she is Director) the Woking Asian Business Forum at Bishop David Brown School, Woking. To see some of the incredible impacts she and her team have had in the last academic year please see our news story
Mary and Barney have gone to a great deal of personal and professional effort to create resources and deliver training in person all around the UK. Their commitment and passion for Mosaic is infectious and mentors are leaving training feeling inspired and enthused to take on their mentoring challenge. They have both been recently appointed to Mosaic’s Educationalists panel so that they can offer their particular expertise to improving the quality and content of our programmes; they have joined forces to support the re-development and delivery of mentoring training for secondary schools.
