We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Jehangir Malik, UK Manager of Islamic Relief and Mosaic Speakers Bureau member, and Chief Supt Dal Babu, of the Metropolitan Police and National Association of Muslim Police and member of Mosaic’s London Regional Leadership Group, for receiving OBEs in the Queen’s birthday honours list this year.
Jehangir’s OBE was awarded for his services to Islamic Relief – the UK based international aid and development charity, founded in 1984.
Chief Supt Dal Babu received his OBE for services to the Metropolitan Police.
This is a fantastic and fitting public recognition of their hard work and the inspiring role models they are.
