We work with 4000 young people each year across England, in primary and secondary schools and prisons. The focus of Mosaic programmes is to bring inspiring volunteer mentors and young people together, in order to grow young people’s confidence, self-efficacy and employability.
We already know that Mosaic mentoring programmes have an immediately positive effect on the young people that take part. What we now want to understand is the long-term impact of our mentoring programmes – does taking part in a Mosaic mentoring programme mean that young people are more likely to complete school and achieve A-Levels? What might Mosaic mentees be doing in five years time?
We are now commissioning a longitudinal study to start in September 2013. The tender period is now open and will close on 29th April at 12 noon.
Mosaic invites research organisations to tender for this exciting research study. To request the Invitation to Tender document, or for an informal discussion, please contact 020 7566 6658.
