Mosaic is delighted to announce that our Area South Manager, Annalisa Lockett, has very generously agreed to compete in the forthcoming Prudential Ride London 2015, with all funds raised going directly to Mosaic.
This extraordinary event is both a personal challenge and an excellent way to raise funds and publicity for worthy causes, and follows in the footsteps of Mosaic’s Managing Director, Jonathan Freeman, who blogged about his difficult preparations the last time around.
We are thrilled to be able to publicise this great event and encourage you to support Annalisa and Mosaic by visiting her event page and, making a donation toward our work – https://mydonate.bt.com/events/annalisa
Annalisa follows in the hallowed footsteps of a number of other Mosaic supporters in raising funds and publicity for Mosaic through their endeavour. In 2014 Abdul Pisavadi raised more than £5000 by climbing Mount Kilimanjaro for Mosaic, and those exceptional efforts were followed by a similar personal challenge by Del Hossain, who ran the London Marathon for Mosaic.
On her bike ride, Annalisa said: “I have the pleasure of seeing Mosaic’s impact every day in my job, and through my passion of cycling, I’m delighted that I can share this amazing work through my fundraising efforts. I hope others in the network will take inspiration and undertake their own challenges for Mosaic!”
Mosaic stands on the shoulders of our mentors and supporters, and we simply could not achieve the work we do without you. If Annalisa’s bike ride, or Abdul and Del’s previous heroics have inspired you to take on your own challenge for Mosaic, we would be delighted to assist and support in any way we can.
