There is a growing list of young people in the UK that want to join the Scouts, but they are not able to. The reason for this is that there are not enough people like you becoming Scout leaders, who can open up a world of adventure, activitiy, and personal development to these young people.
The Scout Association currently offers these opportunities to more than 400,000 young people and 100,000 adult volunteers and accepts members of all major faiths, offering equal opportunities to all no matter what their background – could you be a part of this?
Flexible volunteering means I can fit Scouting around my family and other commitments… You can do it too!

The Scout Association’s Muslim Scouts Fellowship was established in 1997 to promote Scouting in the UK Muslim communities. It currently supports 24 Muslim Scout groups across the UK as well as supporting the training and development of its adult Scout leaders.
With more adult volunteers, more adult role models in the community, we can help turn young people away from false support systems such as gangs, drugs and alcohol addictions
